MSGCU's NEW Online Banking: Locking and Unlocking Your Credit or Debit Cards Have you ever forgotten your card somewhere? Now, with a simple click, you can temporarily lock, or freeze, your card until you find it. After you've logged in, select Card Controls from the blue menu on the left. Select the card you want to lock. Under card details, click the blue toggle button. You'll see the toggle button and card have turned grey, showing it's inactive. Your card now cannot be used to make transactions. To turn the card back on, log in and navigate back to Card Controls. Note the card that's locked displays below John's active card. Click on the card you want to turn back on, or enable. The toggle button will be grey showing the card is inactive. Click it. It'll turn back to blue showing your card is now active. The ability to lock your card is a great temporary option. However, if you believe your card is permanently lost or has been stolen, you can report it here. You can get a new card sent via mail or come into the branch. Reporting as lost or stolen will permanently deactivate the card you select to report. As always, we're here to help. Visit a local branch, chat online or give us a call.
